Cancellation Policy

In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tradetech It Solutions Privated Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our customers. We understand that plans and preferences may shift, and you might wish to cancel an order. The following guidelines explain the cancellation process clearly.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You are allowed to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or prior to shipment, whichever comes first. To cancel, kindly get in touch with our customer care team through email. If your cancellation request meets eligibility, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped
After the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Nonetheless, you may request a return after delivery, following our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification
We do not currently permit changes to items or delivery addresses once an order is placed. You would need to cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
